MyKidsGuard is a parental control app designed for parents to monitor their kids’ activities online. It offers a wide range of handy monitoring features such as real-time GPS location tracking, geofencing, social media monitoring (WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook, Viber, Skype, Instagram, etc.), and many more. MyKidsGuard is a helpful tool aimed to ease your parenting endeavors by providing detailed information about your kid’s online life.

MyKidsGuard gathers information about a target user’s activity on the Internet and sends it to your personal Control Panel where all data is encrypted and securely stored. Control Panel can be accessed via any browser on any device. MyKidsGuard gives you an opportunity to monitor your kids from your smartphone no matter where you are.

Before you get started, you need to make sure that the target device is compatible with the application, and then purchase the subscription plan that suits your needs the best. After that, we’ll send you the download link and the installation instructions to the registered email. Follow the guide on the screen to finish setting up the app.

MyKidsGuard provides its services to users all over the world. As long as you have a stable internet connection and the device is compatible with the software - you’re good.

MyKidsGuard is compatible with the following versions of Android and iPhone devices:

• iOS 7 - 8.4; 9.0 - 9.1 (jailbreak needed)
• iOS 7 - 11+ (no jailbreak needed)
• Android 5+

Some features are available for non-jailbroken iOS devices. However, those are very limited. You need to jailbreak the target iPhone to fully see what MyKidsGuard monitoring software can do.

MyKidsGuard works in the background, so it is unlikely that your child will find out the app is present on their device. The icon appears during the installation process, but you can remove it after the app is set up. Deleting the icon won’t impact the functionality of the app. However, MyKidsGuard still advises you to leave the icon visible and inform your child that their device is being monitored.

Using monitoring software with malicious intents or without the given permission of the user is illegal. However, MyKidsGuard is a legitimate parental control software that complies with the legal requirements and can be used to:

• You can monitor the online activity of your underage child
• Monitor other people’s phone activity only after informing them and receiving their consent

MyKidsGuard does not encourage unauthorized use of its software in any way. Any misuse of the software is the sole responsibility of the user. If you need advice on the legality of the app in your country, consider contacting a legal representative near you.

You can install MyKidsGuard remotely if you choose a no-jailbreak solution. You only need to know the iCloud credential of a target user to set up the app on their phone. Make sure that the back up on the target device is on and the files are backed up every 24 hours. Keep in mind that this type of installation comes with limited monitoring options.

To install MyKidsGuard without jailbreaking the device, you can use your kid’s iCloud login and password. Please check that the backup is enabled on the device before installing the app. Backup can be enabled manually. Go to Settings  >  iCloud  >  iCloud Backup  >  On.

If you are going to use advanced monitoring features, you need to jailbreak the target iOS device. To check if jailbreaking is possible for your device, go to Settings > General > About > Version and check if the version is compliant. Once you jailbreak the device, you can access your MyKidsGuard dashboard and connect the target device.

To install the MyKidsGuard app on an Android device, you need to access it and download an apk file. The download link will be emailed to you after you create an account and purchase a subscription. MyKidsGuard can be installed without rooting the Android device. However, premium features like social media monitoring are available only for rooted devices.

You can remove MyKidsGuard from the monitored device remotely. Simply log in to your dashboard and delete the app files from a target phone.
